Following the resolution of the litigation against HP, I handled the day-to-day aspects of a campaign to license the rest of the PC market.
Along with two other lawyers, I undertook a licensing campaign for the entire PC industry. We sent detailed letters to more than a dozen companies. We created meticulous presentations describing and depicting the scope of their infringement. In some cases, we evaluated sales data using a forensic database investigator. Ultimately, we achieved settlements with each of our targets, most of which remain confidential.​

The total recovery of the litigation and licensing efforts in which I was involved totaled about $500 million.
